the place was immaculately clean and exceptional, had extremely well trained staff when services us are. we had a perfect and delicious breakfast with a great spread. the location was best possible, just a short walk away from a downtown mall.

The place was reasonably clean, well-designed and reasonably large rooms. Appreciated our room that was cleaned by housekeeping and available with couches and a good view, for example. Its location was central, steps away from water fountain. There was a nice restaurant, shopping centers and a large shopping mall next door.

Armani is located on an excellent spot Burj Khalifa a walking distance to Dubai Mall. Besides, it is close to Dubai Financial Centre. The hotel is beautifully designed. Rooms are spacious, cosey and comfortable. The hotel is designed in a way that brings relaxation and relief stress to guests. It was a great experience and advice everyone who admires modern design to visit Armani hotel.

I believe the staff don't have enough experience in servicing guests I.E., ignoring guests' requests, many followups the guest has to make in order he or she obtain their needs. The hotel's senior management should really plan for training sessions for their staff in order to efficienly service guests.

The Hotel was really Luxury.

Waiting for more 1 hour just to check in even I am in Hotel at 4 pm. They upgrade my room but the veiw of my room was thw worst view I have ever seen - just alot pipe lines!!! When I asked for late check out they didnt give anything. Sorry to say that but they treat me bad!!!
